1. Using the service
By creating a workspace you agree to these terms. You are responsible for the activity in your workspace and for keeping your sign-in details safe.
2. Plans, billing and trials
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. Free trials convert to your chosen plan only when you add a payment method. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
3. Your data
You own the data you put into the service. You can export or back it up at any time. We process it only to provide the service.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it for unlawful activity.
5. Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced where possible.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months.
